Physical Education
Neale Wade's PE Department, consists of eight full time teachers. Mr Kenning (Head of Faculty), Miss Lucas (I/C of Examination PE and School Sports Co-ordinator) Mr Page (Head of House), Mr Treliving ( Head of House), Miss Cuthbert (Part Time), Mr Abbey, Mr Crosbie and Miss Buckley. All staff are committed to delivering a quality experience for all students within the department.
The school is a FA Charter Standard School and Cambridgeshire's award winner in 2005, Mr Kenning is pictured above receiving the award from David Llewlyen from Cambs FA.
Facilities:
The department benefits from outstanding facilities, which are extensively used by the community both during and outside of term time. For booking information contact the Sports Centre.
These include a full size, floodlit astroturf pitch, 7 tennis courts (at present we only have use of 4 courts due to the extensive building program), a 4 badminton court sports hall, gymnasium and fitness room, as well as extensive playing fields. The department is kept well equipped through the year. There is also a dedicated teaching room with digital projector within the building.
